The Scheduling and Event Services Office is your first stop for events, concerts, conferences and meetings on the campus of Southwest Minnesota State University.

The University Scheduling and Event Services Office is located on the upper floor of the Student Center(SC231/232) just before the Conference Center.

We are responsible for scheduling of rooms, equipment, etc. If your organization has need of a particular room or resource for an upcoming event,  please contact us as soon as possible.
